Schubert 200

Baritone & Piano

Website redesign

In 2028, the music world commemorates the 200th anniversary of Franz Schubert’s death. On this occasion, baritone Samuel Hasselhorn and pianist Ammiel Bushakevitz launched the “SCHUBERT 200” project, which celebrates the great composer of lieder in concerts and recordings.

At the start of the project, Ammiel had built the website himself with Wix. Technically remarkable, aesthetically leaving room for improvement. ;-) Their agent at Skala PR, whose website I had already designed several years ago, therefore reached out to me to implement a redesign.

Since the site was already hosted on Wix, we left it there. I redesigned it in Figma, and a friend who specializes in Wix implemented the design. Oh Wix… the process reminded me once again how user-friendly and versatile Framer really is.

I kept the design classically high-end, befitting both Schubert’s poetry and the professionalism of the two musicians.
